Current vacancies:

Your tasks

  • Independent setting up, operating and monitoring of CNC lathes
  • Manufacturing of precision components according to technical drawings and
    manufacturing documentation
  • Programming, optimising and customising CNC programs (depending on
    Machine control
  • Carrying out initial sample inspections and ongoing quality checks
  • Ensuring compliance with the required dimensional and quality specifications
  • Contributing to the continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes
Your profile
  • Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic
    Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) or equivalent technical training
  • Several years of professional experience in CNC turning is an advantage
  • Experience in setting up and programming CNC lathes
  • Confident handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
  • Knowledge of common CNC controls (e.g. Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or
    reading) is an advantage
  • Teamwork, flexibility and willingness to work shifts (if required)
  • Good command of spoken and written German

Your tasks

  • Planning, control and preparation of manufacturing orders
  • Creation and maintenance of routing sheets, parts lists and manufacturing documentation
  • Scheduling and monitoring of production orders
  • Ensuring cost-effective and on-time production
  • Capacity planning in collaboration with production and manufacturing management
  • Material planning and coordination with purchasing and warehousing
  • Optimisation of manufacturing processes and working methods
  • Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
  • Support with the introduction of new products into serial production
  • Preparation of evaluations and key performance indicators for production control
  • Close collaboration with design, quality assurance, purchasing and production
  • Deputising for Production Planning and Control as well as operational purchasing (desirable)
Your profile
  • Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic,
  • Machining mechanic, tool mechanic or comparable qualification
  • Further training as a technician or industrial foreman is an advantage
  • Professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing planning or production control
  • Good knowledge in the machining and/or assembly of technical components
    Components
  • Experience in working with ERP systems and standard MS Office applications
  • Technical understanding and confident handling of technical drawings and
    BOMs
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Organisational skills and a strong ability to plan
    Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • High quality and cost consciousness
